1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Before project work begins: If you cancel before any development work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Failure to deliver agreed scope: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon features outlined in the signed proposal or contract, you may request a partial or full refund.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or late feedback from the client.

  • Work that has been completed and approved by the client.

  • Third-party service or licensing fees (e.g., hosting, domain registration, paid plugins).


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at soft@softydev.online with your project details and reason for the request.

  2. Our team will review your case within 5 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.


4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the project has been completed. The refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.


5. Policy Updates

SoftyDev reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
